Garlic

Our garlic harvest this year was very good. Our garage stunk to high heaven while they were being hung to cure. Hopefully this will be enough to get us through the next twelve months.

  3. Your garlic looks store bought. I know "store bought" isn't always a compliment, but in this case it is. They are perfect! We still haven't tried garlic. Maybe this year. Belle says it's time to plant now.

  11. Beautiful harvest! What types did you grow? Don't you love how home grown garlic stores so much longer than store bought? - and it's not even treated with radiation to stop their growth. Enjoy!

  12. I dried mine in the bike shed. Which was nice since it isn't attached to the house. Your garlic looks fabulous.
