A Short Message

I'd like to apologize to anyone who may have emailed me within the last...ooooohhhh...say 2 1/2 months or so. For a long time now, I've sorely neglected my personal email but will plan on going through everything tonight. One thing about posting your email address on a blog - you get hit will TONS of spam. It's like digging for buried treasure in order to find the legitimate ones.

Again, I'm sorry if I haven't gotten back to you! I will soon!

  1. No worries--I think I e-mailed you a question regarding meyer lemons. But you can disregard it. You inspired me to purchase one several weeks ago from four growers. It is doing great and now has a many many blossoms. Thanks for the inspiration!

  2. Well, we all know you've been busy.
Sorry to hear about the spam.

    Have a great week!

  3. You might try a little trick some of us do...instead of posting your actual e-mail address, try writing it out as agrowingtradition (at) yahoo (dot) com. We can easily read that and translate it into how it should be typed as an e-mail address. Sure, it's a little more work for your readers and wouldn't allow them to click on your e-mail address and automatically open a blank e-mail screen, BUT the spam bots wouldn't be able to "click" on it, either!

(Although, your Captcha image verification should prevent spam bots, too...there's just no stopping the actual humans who spend their time spamming us, though.)

  4. Moving is such a pain :) Good luck wading through the emails!
