The Onset of Fall


Happy Fall Equinox everyone! I always think of this song during this time of year, when the early evening hours are noticeably darker, the air is crisp and you catch the scent of damp leaves and burning firewood when you step outside. I need to stock up on some marshmallows.

    Oh man. I love this song. I also think of their "Southland in the Springtime" when we get spring around here.

    This is my favorite Indigo Girls song.....I was so bummed when they they did not sing it this summer when we went to see them. My husband & kids are NOT fans of the Girls, so it is fun to come across others that share the love!
